Premium is specifically targeted towards Home Offices, and end users who require a low latency network environment for
action packed gaming and tele-conferencing.

that is given to our many corporate clients.
As part of the Intermedia satisfaction guarantee, we strive to ensure that all Connect! Broadband subscribers get the
highest speed and lowest latency possible for their connection, subject to phone line conditions.
Every circuit is tested upon commissioning and the results are used to fine tune our network for the best possible
service.

One-Time Charge (without ADSL router): S$80.25
One-Time Charge (with ADSL router provided, including installation): S$160.50
Monthly Recurring Charge: S$69.55

A SingTel residential telephone line registered under a personal name is required.
This service is only available to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
To apply, please e-mail info@intermedia.net.sg with your residential telephone
number, address, name and contact number. After confirmation of service availability, an application form will be sent to
you, which you will need to complete, sign, and fax back to 68845775 together with a photocopy of the front and back of your NRIC.

Upon receipt of your completed application form, you will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the activation date
of your service.
Typical installation lead time is between 4 to 9 working days depending on availability of exchange resources.
